This stuff is already making my head feel fscked up. Cut the sertraline down from 200mg to 100mg, stop 60mg duloxetine immediately, and add 150mg WellbutrinXL. I hopes a nap will help

It took almost 4 years of responding to my psych asking if I’ve been having any “bad thoughts” with All Day, Every Day for him to finally realize that maybe my meds have lost their efficacy. I’m pretty sure that mentioning a DIY home lobotomy kit helped cause that change. 🥺

I know a few of you nice people are good with electronics and I have a conundrum. The ESC key and almost the entire middle row of my laptop keyboard don't work 99% of the time. The odd thing is that they do occasionally work if I hold down the Fn key. I did a fresh OS install last week and no relief

So where have I been? Well nobody asked so I’m going to tell you anyway. My air conditioner died just before July 4th, it was 96°F inside and $375 that I didn’t and still don’t have. This has now put me so far behind that I’m drowning in depression. But I’m trying to get back into it. ☠️
