something i learned about journalism during the iraq war: all the outlets who had "access" to key figures - people like bush, cheney, rice, senior dems, etc - these are all the people who got the story wrong. it was the reporters working outside the system, usually far from dc, who got it right.

Astrology is so weird. Like... patterns are patterns, sure. But at some point, you have to say that the patterns are showing up for a bigger reason than just the astrologer wanting them to be there. I have no advantage over my clients getting their readings delayed and yet all of them faced delays.
