Ellen Cooper is a respected portrait painter & teacher whose work has won many awards & accolades. This example is a bit uncharacteristic, but I like its photo-realistic quality. It's called "Defiance of Erebus.” In this instance, Erebus refers to the god of old age. www.ellencooper.net/index.html

I think you’re kind of missing that the actual service in Medicare is private. Privatization just means paying a private company to send payments to the doctors. Privatization is literally just adding a middle man
