Can we talk about how tech bros want to disrupt the status quo? That is what they did w/ Uber (disrupt the taxi biz), w/ Airbnb (disrupt the hotel biz), etc. Not all of these disruptions were bad but now they are doing it with govt which is NOT something that should be subject to the same disrupts.

I love my local DC coffee shop! One of the girls working there told me they had some MAGAs coming in today. And a few had the nerve to ask her if she was documented. She of course handled it with class & a smile but I’m outraged. Such rudeness, especially when visiting someone else’s city.
