Today I learnt that exercise is better than caffeine (🚴 > ☕) I've felt cold & tired all day despite 2 cups of tea and a jumper... so I pushed myself to go to the gym on my lunch break. Saying I feel refreshed is going too far, but I definitely feel more able to tackle my to do list now!
