Awww thanks for saying that. I have a bunch more of these topics rolling around in my brain that I also can’t stop thinking about. Trying to get them written down.

> Only then could LLM output not be burdened with the same liabilities as dev output. I am super skeptical of this. BUT! We are still so early so who knows. We definitely consider agent experience when building interfaces but I think you’re right - it would have to be something new and exclusive.

You'll: 🔹route queries to separate kbs per property (or franchise, client, or context) 🔹use retrieval to handle fuzzy language like "it's freezing in here" and return thermostat docs that don't even mention the word "freezing" 🔹use n8n to orchestrate data ingestion, routing logic, search, and chat
n8n workflow showing ingestion of Google Docs data into 3 Pinecone Assistants alongside a chat workflow that uses 3 Pinecone Assistants for RAG.

Sending a guest the wrong property's thermostat instructions is a knowledge architecture problem, not a customer service one. The fix is a multi-domain RAG system using separate knowledge bases like Pinecone Assistant. My tutorial on the n8n blog shows how to build it. blog.n8n.io/build-multi-...

Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.
