You'll: 🔹route queries to separate kbs per property (or franchise, client, or context) 🔹use retrieval to handle fuzzy language like "it's freezing in here" and return thermostat docs that don't even mention the word "freezing" 🔹use n8n to orchestrate data ingestion, routing logic, search, and chat
n8n workflow showing ingestion of Google Docs data into 3 Pinecone Assistants alongside a chat workflow that uses 3 Pinecone Assistants for RAG.

Ok, Cursor. Whatever you say. Yes, I am 30. 😂 And yes, I was using Cursor to figure out what json.loads does because it was not behaving as I was expecting (or my input was garbage, more like it).

When I started writing this post, I did a search for "RAG is dead" and found 5+ pages of results with that title. So I set out to figure out why so many people were writing about it or if it's just click bait. Spoiler alert: it is. And RAG is not dead, but evolving. www.pinecone.io/learn/rag-20...

I’m reading Careless People and at the end of every chapter (every paragraph?!), I’m like “WTF?!? WTAF? Who are these people? WTF.”

asyncio patterns paired with the Pinecone Python SDK and FastAPI can help you scale, handling higher traffic and concurrent users more predictably. 🔗 www.pinecone.io/learn/pineco... #Python #asyncio #FastAPI #Pinecone

🔍🤖 Wondering why your AI agent might need hybrid search? Traditional search forces you to choose between semantic understanding (semantic search) and keyword matching (lexical search). Each has it's strengths ⤵️

When prototyping a new feature or working with a new API, you want to get up and running and iterate quickly. The new Pinecone MCP server enables you to do just that — search the official Pinecone docs, create and manage indexes, and generate test data in your IDE. 🔗 www.pinecone.io/blog/first-M...

Made two batches of Christmas Crack, two different batches of chex mix, and a batch of pretzel rolos today. Didn’t have the energy for cookies but maybe that’s for the best.
Batch 1 of chex mix including pretzels, goldfish, chex, and cheezits on a sheet pan and tossed with seasonings. Batch 2 of chex mix including pretzels, goldfish, chex, cashews, and cheezits in Tupperware in the microwave and tossed with seasonings. Two sheet pans of Christmas Crack topped with crushed candy canes and sprinkles sitting on a black chair in the snow on the deck with patio furniture in the background.

Spent Tuesday @ #reInvent with some amazing and inspiring people chatting about non-traditional paths into tech, how to ask for help, how models will change how developers work, who can be a developer, how they can be prepared for this next wave of gen Al, and models built for specific purposes.

As I head to Las Vegas for re:Invent this week, I'm thinking about past trips and connections I've made there. This is my fifth #reInvent and my absolute favorite part is always the hallway track where I get to meet the community (YOU!). If you'll be around re:Invent this week, please say hello 👋

🙋🏻‍♀️ Ever looked at an architecture diagram and it prompted more questions than it answered? Join my colleagues and me TWO weeks from today at AWS re:Invent to learn how we're using generative AI to understand, interact with, and generate architecture diagrams. buff.ly/3UYsJYe
Screenshot of the session info: ARC308 Harnessing generative AI to create & understand architecture diagrams. This builders’ session explores using generative AI to create and comprehend architecture diagrams, a critical aspect of software design and communication. Diagrams are often image data, custom formats of drawing programs, or text-based representations from diagram-as-code tools. Techniques are used from two different layers of the generative AI stack, Amazon Q Developer and foundational models on Amazon Bedrock. Chat-based workflows first understand and analyze existing diagrams, and then ask follow-up questions about best practices. New diagrams are created using diagram-as-code formats. Leave with practical strategies for harnessing generative AI in your software architecture workflows. You must bring your laptop to participate. Monday, Dec 2 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM PST
