It stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion which is basically a subjective scale used to measure how hard a lift feels. For each of my lifts, I record the RPE in my training log. This helps my coach assess how I’m performing and use that info to calculate and program my future lifts.

yessss! 😋😋 did I already say i just made some more yesterday? I tried to recall the sizes off my head and made the measurements all messed up hahaha so i had to make a double batch to even it out but i think i should start doing in doubles anyway with how fast i go thru it ha its so good, ty again
