Went to see The Dead South at Cambridge Corn Exchange last night. Not the kind of music I would normally seek out, but my partner is a big fan. They were massively good fun, as were their support band (Rob Heron and the Tea Pad Orchestra). Need to add cowboy boots and hat to my wardrobe now 🤠

My Mum is always misplacing her phone and never has it on her when she needs it. I always make fun of her for this, but now I think it's this house because I've been doing the same all week. To be fair, sometimes it's really nice to go out without your phone.

Lunch at the Anchorage in Dunure. This place has a brilliant vegan selection and a full dog menu. I had the beer battered banana blossom with chips, Rufus had his first try of mince and tatties. Both of us were very happy 😊

It was too cloudy in Ayrshire for us to see the eclipse, but my partner videocalled us so we could see his view down south. How cool is this shot?

This is Beily. He was miraculously found alive under rubble 29 days after the Venezuela earthquakes. He has since been reunited with his 11-year-old human Victoria and is expected to make a full recovery. 14/10 for all (TT: fuerzavzla1)

I'm not as fancy as the places we go out to eat. Dinner is wholewheat spaghetti w/ mushrooms, shredded seitan, roasted Brussels sprouts and spinach. Sauce comprised of leftover hummus, homemade dill pickles + juice + garlic. We also had pickle juice mocktinis, but no photo. #plantbased #vegan

My partner took me out for an amazing dinner at Vanderlyle in Cambridge to celebrate my birthday. One of my absolute favourite restaurants. They really prove you just don't need animal products or alcohol to have a decadent, indulgent dining experience. Happy girl 🥰 #vegan #plantbased #finedining
