Unions protect the people? Tell me what people the air traffic controllers were protecting when they went on strike under Reagan. They put every passenger on every flight at risk. Reagan did the right thing when he fired and replaced them.

Another book I would recommend is titled "In the Shadow of Man", by Dr Jane Goodall. She chronicles her work with chimpanzees in Africa, a d she was the first person to chronicle the chimps making a d using tools. Both books are fascinating reading. #booksky

#booksky For those of you that like reading historical nonfiction, I would recommend a book I read years ago. Its titled "Is Paris Burning" a d deals with the retaking of Paris by the allies in WW2, and the German general that disobeyed Hitler's order to destroy Paris.

I graduated from high school in 1979, and it was a mandatory class. Schools stopped teaching it in the 90's, and to be honest it shows. People on both sides have no idea how the govt works, or what the constitution says. It needs to be brought back now.

I agree. I've read Hitler's mein kampf, Mao's little red book, and sun Tzu's art of war, and while they were interesting in their own way, I wouldn't recommend them to young children.

If he is giving out their home addresses and their kids names, that's wrong. But, if he is just identifying them by name, I have no problem with that. They are public employees and the public has the right to know who they are.
