Morning coffee. Looks like the rain has passed through and we'll be drying out again, but at least temps are 20 degrees cooler than last week. Hopefully we're done with Summer. It's always the right season for coffee. The rain had a "dampening" effect on the Austin City Limits festival though.

If Trump just takes money appropriated by Congress for a specific purpose & seizes it to use it for an entirely different purpose, what is the point of having a Congress or appropriating money for anything? I’m sure the Senate Appropriations Chair Susan Collins must be concerned.
