My wife just got these for delivery. The top section of the cylinder is a really satisfying spinner, the spikes don't hurt but definitely keep your mind occupied, and the button makes a very quiet but crispy click. Highly recommend.

It's an exhausted complaint, but this is my favorite game and it sucks to not care about half of the sets in a year for it, let alone the fact that ANOTHER UB set crammed in is obnoxious. On the brightside, I just get to save money next year because I'm not buying half of these.

I tried to build this little weirdo around transforming every kind of DFC, only to learn that you can't force transformation of any Daybound/Nightbound cards, which cut down too much of the deck list.

I opened this little weirdo and now it's all I want to build. Trying to figure out ways to turn everything into artifacts just so I can flip them with the trigger. Turns out Daybound/Nightbound can't be transformed except by those effects and just like that lost half my deck #MTG #MagicTheGathering

I write #poetry for fun and it's mostly just for me or my wife or my daughter, but I wrote this when Trump won the nomination and I dug it back up when he won the whole thing because I feel it in my bones.

It's snake oil sorcery
That flashes and fizzles
Lacking all substance
And returning to nothing.
The weak-minded gawk and jib
At the fanciful farce,
As a child stares at a sparkler
Thinking it's a great conflagration.
But within minutes
The fireworks fade
And all that's left
Are disinterested children
With singed hands
And a dying stick of cinders
Reveling in the briefest amusement
And wondering what to do next.
