Yes but the appellate courts and Supreme Court has to agree that there are grounds for the appeal. Every single appeal had no merit but the Supreme Court dragged their feet to help Trump. It wasn’t all Merrick Garland’s fault. Then of course there was judge Cannon.

Try appealing a decision in a preliminary hearing or evidentiary hearing to the Supreme Court and delaying your trial for years and see how that goes. Most objections are noted for appeals AFTER the trial is over. You don’t get to take every objection to SCOTUS during the trial.

No. I blame the judges letting Trump appeal every decision to SCOTUS. No other American could’ve done that. Trumpers in the DOJ delayed warrants and subpoenas. He had to go the the postal inspectors to get them.

Like all of trumps projects; fountains, reflecting pool, Kennedy Center etc. They’ve been in disrepair for years as are national park facilities throughout the country. The GOP continuously voted against funding those projects but now act like fixing them was their idea.
