Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Missed the game earlier, but it's encouraging to see the Celtics pull out a win against a Hornets team comprising players who got relevant minutes last season 040
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 11/07/2026I like seeing Tonje get these reps. Still lots of sloppiness at the point that he can work on 020
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 08/07/2026Who the hell cares if JB and JT don't sleep together when they're not playing basketball. Asinine journalism 250

I’ve been here for 10 years, a third of my life. I’ll be 30 in October, so Boston is home, and no management or organization will take that away.” This will certainly always be your home. 4694
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 07/07/2026The CBA forced the FO to conclude that JB’s contract isn’t worth what he brings to the court. I still disagree, but the FO made the call, and we must move forward. I hope JB kills it in Philly and makes the Celtics regret trading him. Unless, of course, if they’re against the Celtics 180
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 07/07/2026Celtics media getting me feeling all kinds of ways with all those farewell posts for JB 010
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 06/07/2026It’s clear that the reasons for trading JB were primarily financial and secondarily about his basketball fit in relation to how his contract limits the team I liked hearing that JB had been aware about the FO’s intentions (at least to a point) I still hate that JB had to be traded 060
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 04/07/2026Drives per game during the 25-26 regular season: - Jaylen Brown: 19.1 (2nd) - Payton Pritchard: 11.9 (27th) - Jayson Tatum: 10.9 (42nd) - Derrick White: 7.5 (92nd) - Paul George: 5.7 (132nd) 250
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 03/07/2026“Not driven by finances” yet “concerned about a trade request down the line” lmao 030
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 03/07/2026Happy to see Neemy secure that bag. Still much to work on (e.g. consistently disciplined defense), but what a journey he’s had so far in his career! 130
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 03/07/2026Just found out about the new rule involving free throws. Yikes 000
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 03/07/2026I know it isn’t JT’s personality and that it says nothing about where his heart is, but I’d sure would love to see him publicly give love to JB 😭 2151
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 03/07/2026Heartbreaking to read the snippets from JB’s stream earlier. Looks like there wasn’t enough open communication after all, and that’s disappointing. Brad and his team have a lot of trust to earn back. 080
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 02/07/2026I don’t pay enough attention to the CBA/financial side of the NBA, but they should take up bigger space in the discourse involving JB. It’s not just JB’s flaws that swayed the FO; it’s also the FO’s view of those flaws in relation to his contract. Doesn’t make me feel any better about the trade 130
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 02/07/2026Eventually, there will be a time to look at what PG, Mitch Rob, and Conley can offer for the Celtics. If they all stay healthy (that’s a big “if”), then there are parts of their fit that are interesting to look at. But it’ll be very difficult to have that conversation any time soon. 010
Reposted by JigsBostonian in DC @bostonianindc.bsky.social · 02/07/2026For 10 season, I watched Jaylen Brown become not just an incredible player, but an incredible person. What he’s meant to the Boston has gone far beyond the court & he truly shifted the energy. Thank you for everything, JB, you’ll forever be one of my favorite Celtics ☘️ 721542
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 02/07/2026The JB trade was so jarring that I didn’t even know that Vuc signed with Orlando, while Mitchell Robinson and Mike Conley signed with the Celtics. Still can’t process anything lmao 030
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 02/07/2026I’m gonna extract as much joy as I can from seeing those Celtics fans and JB haters regret wanting JB gone 250
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 02/07/2026Haven’t checked socials or anything since yesterday, and now I finally do and see this. What the fuck. 020
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 30/06/2026Surprisingly, that Adam Himmelsbach piece has been a source of relief, if only because of the added clarity it provides on JB's end. This entire thing is tiring 060
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 24/06/2026"You mentioned countless times that the expectation of the Boston Celtics is to win championships, so do you believe that Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown - together on the Boston Celtics - are still able to bring that to --" Brad Stevens: "Yes." 070
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 24/06/2026Tell me the Celtics want more rim pressure without telling me the Celtics want more rim pressure 030
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 23/06/2026Not even worried about hurt feelings and resentment. I trust Brad and JB enough that they understand the nature of the league and communicated honestly 0100
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 23/06/2026And there it is. Giannis goes to the Heat for 4 picks and 1 swap 000
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 23/06/2026Ngl, I just need the Shams tweet to drop so I can focus on moving on bc I know any kind of successful deal involving the Celtics would hurt 150
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 26/05/2026Never have I ever wanted so badly for the Spurs to win it all 😭🤣 030
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 20/05/2026Not good that Donovan Mitchell tweaked something. Clearly limping at the end of regulation, and that might be a cause for the decline of his aggression on offense 020
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 19/05/2026No Fox, went 2OT, played on the road against the defending Champs. Terrific tone-setting win for the Spurs 010
Jigs @jeeegs.bsky.social · 19/05/2026Devin Vassell's block might've just helped the Spurs secure the win 010
