A teacher of mine once said, "Anxiety is excitement without the breath." And I recently heard Elizabeth Gilbert say that the opposite of anxiety is actually creativity. You can shift it by singing, cooking, drawing, etc. By that logic, creativity helps us breathe. It is important, and so are you.

It’s a strange period in the northeast…many birds have left, others are molting and quiet, the geese are migrating and the big trees are changing colors…but the peppers still cling to their branches, the fruit trees are still green, the katydids & crickets still call at night in a memory of summer.
