This was a weird Fighting Fantasy gamebook. I'm all for the weird, and I understand what they were attempting, but the constant jumping between disconnected worlds kept me from engaging with the story. Great illustrations, though.

Recently played through this Fighting Fantasy gamebook. It might have been the first I bought with my own money, and likely the most often DNF'd. It's brutal, but I finally played it through. Just don't ask if I did it fairly!
