Before calling someone a “dirtbag,” the Senator should have had his facts straight. An apology is in order. Glad one of us knew the difference between the Atlanta Hawks and the Iowa Hawkeyes!

A video violation of the Hatch Act. The next Democratic Administration needs to charge Trump with every law he’s broken in the 5-year statute of limitations. Even if he claims immunity, SCOTUS will likely ask a DC court to sort out what weren’t official acts—what we didn’t get regarding J6.

In his first year back in office, Trump supposedly made $2.2 billion. The numbers come from a filing Trump made. As his term progresses, am I the only one who is suspicious his books will increasingly be cooked, aka fake news? Example: what happened to the $400 mil ballroom donations?

I wonder if in PM Mark Carney’s directive to the Canadian military to at least contemplate an American invasion of Canada if the folks at the Royal Military Academy in Kingston, Ontario, are looking at increasing the armament at Fort Henry and the 4 Martello towers; maybe with snipers and drones?

One thing that should be abundantly clear is that there are far too many Americans who either harbor fascistic tendencies, or are willing to go along with them to get along. That should frighten those of us who don’t much more than what Trump does, since he’s term limited.

Reporters don’t actually need to be in the White House to report on Trump and his enablers. So why doesn’t one of them say, “Listen Mr. President, you are an employee of the American people, which includes me, and we’re only loaning you the White House. You don’t fucking own it.”

According to Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA), no work is supposed be performed on Trump’s Arch. Yet when he went to the proposed site, geologists were taking core samples to see if the land could support it. Really think Trump will follow what’s in the order? And this is likely more about 2028.

Companies make money when they sell things, whether luxuries or necessities to…people…not AI. Too many people out of work would shrink the consumer base so much that sales and profits would plunge. Perhaps AI will help corporations understand the conundrum that AI poses to their bottom line.

Assume Trump builds his 250’ tall arch. It places a 25 story structure not far from Runways 15/33 and 01/19 at National Airport. The FAA in the next Democratic Administration should recommend removal for safety purposes since the real national security concern is the safe use of the airport.
The airport map of Washington National Airport (DCA). Trump’s 250’ tall arch, if built, will be a 25-story structure, not far from the departure end of Runways 01 and 33, and the approach end of Runways 15 and 19 at the airport. No one would build such a structure so close to the flight path of a major airport if they had a choice.

It’s similar to the method I used in the OR to make sure the drug I was injecting into the patient’s IV was the one I wanted: read the label before and read the label during the injection. Then read the label after, that way if I made a mistake I had the best chance to catch it.

The other night I had an hours long “discussion” with the current version of ChatGPT on my paid plan about AI “extinction of humanity” scenarios. Conclusions: 1) possible but no percent given; 2) development of independent “context engines” necessary to avoid the 21st Century version of this:

I had a long “conversation” with ChatGPT about the likelihood AI would wipe out humanity. Result: it could happen, either unwittingly or more likely through a bad human actor with access to a sophisticated AI. My solution: an independent “context engine” to prevent the 21st Century version of this:
