Ughhh like don’t do this. The last thing we need his him doing stupid shit because the opposition is NOT who we want…. They would be a thousand times worse…

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

Omg $300??? Yes because hearing is apparently not something you need 🤦🏼‍♀️ just like how with glasses they only give like $300 every 2 years even though the optometrists say we should go at least once a year and glasses cost like $500… apparently seeing and hearing isn’t important.

WTF!!! Isn’t this the kind of stuff that the NDP normally support??? SO MESSED UP!!!

Hahaha nice! I have some cat grass for them, but they mow it down pretty quickly lol

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

Oh geez. That’s insane. Like I get it, but I don’t want to upload my ID to these websites.

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

Wait… did I miss something??? What’s going on? Or is this related to the ai data centres?

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

LOL!!!! However, not everything is cheaper at Costco! I have found some of my groceries with price shopping are actually cheaper elsewhere… even though Costco is selling in bulk. Which I found interesting 🤔

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 21/06/2026

Thanks 🙏 I’m finally feeling better. But first I need to catchup on house chores. I need to get some stuff painted this week if I want them ready for the next market 🤪 I really wanted to have some pride mugs ready.

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 18/06/2026

My plans this week: put away my overflowing clean laundry, paint some pottery for the next farmers market & get lots of work done. The universes plans for me this week: get sick with a cold and do nothing all week 🤧🫠

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

I hate getting sick. But I especially hate getting sick in the summer. I caught a summer cold and I am not happy about it.

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

For sure! No matter what, there will always be problems because people are, well people. We all make mistakes. At least it’s generally going in the left direction 😉

010

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Yes 🙌 I’ve liked the direction things have been going too.

110

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Exactly!!! I first got a bigger can and filled it up at the tub. But it took me about 10-12 of them to water everything so I got a hose that hooks up to my sink instead. So much nicer! It still takes me about an hour to water everything with the hose. WAYYY shorter than lugging the watering can.

lol opinions, wifi and clearly a lover of ChatGPT… no surprise there.

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

😭 I read a story years ago about someone getting one of those cheap litter robot boxes with a door that closed on it… I won’t repeat it here because it haunts me. Needless to say, self cleaning litter boxes DO NOT NEED A ROBOT DOOR. Get one without a door, or just clean a regular litter box.

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

That’s horrible 😭 I can’t imagine how bad she must have felt, and probably still feels. My cats like to hop in mine so I have labels on everything saying “check for cat before closing”. I close it, look for cats, then start it. I don’t think I could live with myself after an accident like that 😭😭😭

130

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

😭 that’s horrible!!!! Or at least have a breakaway collar, that would have come off in that situation.

010

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

This is my balcony garden. I also water from my kitchen sink. LOL! I now have a hose I hook up to my kitchen sink because it was getting ridiculous 😆

But I think it’s important to have. Because some landlords don’t give 2 shits. And people need to be able to sleep and live and not die in their own home because of heat

120

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Yeah, looks like they voted to find a way to add it to the bylaws. I think my husband probably read this same article and didn’t realize it wasn’t actually put into place yet haha

010

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Omg 400???? YOU HAVE 400 STUDENTS???

120

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

I thought it passes already, so maybe there is a newer article with that info that I didn’t find. My husband was telling me about it passing.

100

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Ughhhhhhhhh the bc conservatives are such a terrible party.

030

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Omg do parents know their kids stuff is getting fed through ai? Is this okay??? We really need ai legislation asap.

110

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

Wow…. Meanwhile Victoria passed the cool air bill/act whatever it’s called when a city passes something. Which forces all landlords to ensure at least 1 room stays at 25 or lower in the summer heat. So they have to purchase air conditioners now for their tenants

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

I’ve been doing this for a while. It’s so good for the soul. And now i hardly see any of that crap because I’ve blocked so many now.

My boy LOVES his lettuce. He will come at me from every direction to eat his greens 🤣

Jennifer Dempsey @jdempseydesign.bsky.social · 31/05/2026

That looks like the one I had for the last 18 years! It was fantastic. Finally died on me. So I got myself a little apartment sized upright freezer to replace it. Takes up less space and double the storage. But it was a lot more money. That freezer is a good one for the cost!!
