Realtor was nice but he wants us to downsize the furniture for the pictures next week. We have a lot of stuff, and 90% of it was acquired in the last three years. Trying not to be stressed. Tomorrow I have to escort the AuDHD kiddo to London for the night. I'm so tired.

I had no idea how loud it is when someone walks in the master suite. I'm downstairs on the couch and it sounds like elephants are roughhousing up there. She's a very petite woman so I can only imagine if it were me stomping around up there. Can't wait to be in a one-storey!

Sick hubby and sick me both went to bed at 9pm because: sick. I took a NyQuil. I woke at 1am. Hubby woke at 3:30am. He's going to try sleeping for a few more hours. I'm wide awake. Because of course I am.

Packed up seven large IKEA bags with bedding, hoodies, and winter coats. Feel like I ran a half marathon. (Hubby did that once; neither one of us are medically cleared to run anymore. Getting old sucks.) Still sick. Still weak. But somebody has to do it.

Had the sudden urge to chop all my hair off. Like, myself, with scissors. Haven't done that in years. The only thing that stopped me was that I'm too sick to go to a salon if I mess it up. My hands aren't as reliable as they used to be. Besides, a haircut isn't going to fix my depression.

Went through my library holds and unsuspended everything. Let's see if new random books (not ARCs or anything I've been waiting to be published) will motivate me out of this slump. I have three reviews to finish but I just can't... I'm broken atm.

This house application process is starting to stress me out. We didn't have to do any of this shit with our current rental, so we definitely lucked out when we first moved to the UK. Unfortunately, we settled on a 3-storey home and I can no longer navigate it without difficulty. We need to move.

Strange clouds and quite eerie colours this morning on Glastonbury Tor. This photo was taken about 30 minutes after sunrise. It was quite misty on the ground and very hazy but still made for a lovely way to start the week.
