People seeking safety from war, persecution and climate destruction, must be allowed to travel the same safe routes as everyone else, and we must welcome and support them to rebuild their lives here within our communities

We commend everyone who organised, advocated and exposed the violence and harm at the heart of this scheme, including all those who challenged the private airlines facilitating and profiting from it. However, people detained under this deal are still held in detention. They must all be released.

Some of the people we represented who were detained under this horrific policy included lone children, who were held in detention as adults. Many survivors of torture and human trafficking were also detained and deported under it.

Good riddance to the cruel and inhumane ‘one in one out’ deal between the UK and France, which amounted to state-sanctioned human trafficking. We stand in solidarity with all those who were targeted by this grim scheme and we commend everyone who organised against it. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

TUI is a partner airline to Titan Airways, Corenden Airlines and AlbaStar, all of whom are complicit in these forced removals. You too can support - don’t buy from TUI, and contact the TUI CEO and other airline CEOs via the link in our bio. We won’t stop until these deportations have.

SIX London councils have now said they will refuse to support the Home Office’s racist immigration raids. Thank you Lewisham, Lambeth, Southwark, Hackney, Waltham Forest and Haringey. These raids persecute migrants, tear apart our communities & seek to spread fear and division. We won’t let them.

This is not only tone deaf but actively dangerous language given 7 people were killed trying to cross the Channel in the last week, while French police attacked people on the beaches with tear gas. Borders kill. People need the same, safe routes as everyone else www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...

The harsh security and violence of the UK-France border is not inevitable. We must break these violent borders, and allow everyone the freedom to travel by the same, safe routes that so many people use to travel all over the world every day.

They are the 18th and 19th people to be killed by the border here just this year, and the 543rd and 544th people since 1999 (as documented by Calais Migrant Solidarity). These horrific numbers don’t include those who are missing.
