Dans cette étude, nous mettons en évidence dans un modèle murin du syndrome de Rett une importante perturbation de la voie cholinergique du système nerveux entérique. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti... 021

Excuse my ignorance but apart from suggesting that photons will hit the mitochondria (and more), I see only wishful thinking here. Anyone here to tell if this is real ? journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/... 011

We now show it is key for presynaptic plasticity in the hippocampus, local translation, and memory! www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...science.orgSubcellular depletion of importin β1 impairs presynaptic local translation and spatial memoryAxonal localization of importin β1 is required for presynaptic functions that support spatial memory tasks. 24718
