Went to the gym today and weighed after. I’ve officially lost 198 pounds. Can’t believe it. This is the best I’ve felt in longer than I can remember. Im 54 pounds from my goal weight. And I might need to change that! 🤘🏻🔥🏋️ it’s never too late to change your life. If I can do it anyone can do it.
