1. 2023 vs San Marino This YELLOW kit, a shock choice for #NornIron, took inspiration from the H&W cranes, Samson & Goliath. Fans weren't happy, and it made just the one outing in a routine win in San Marino. Yellow socks were used rather than the black ones released to sale.

2. 2019 vs Estonia Amazingly #NornIron have worn WHITE-WHITE-GREEN just once. This white top had been retired & replaced by an ice-blue kit in 2018. This was a problem with both green & blue a clashing with Estonia's colours. The normal white socks also clashed, hence the green.

3. 2006 vs Denmark Blue was the original colour for Irish football teams until replaced by green in 1931. It has reappeared on a number of alternate kits, but the 2006 release paired a lightish BLUE SHIRT with NAVY SHORTS & SOCKS. Although popular with fans it was worn just once.

2. 1999 vs Rep. of Ireland RED/WHITE SHIRT, RED SHORTS & SOCKS reflected the colours of the Ulster Banner. The previous Asics kit colours continued into the brief Olympic Sportswear era, but with elements swapped, making a single senior outing in a Omagh Bomb Fundraiser in Dublin.

Elisha Scott, arguably the greatest footballer to wear the Liverpool FC shirt before the World War II (please accept our apologies, Alex Raisbeck and Gordon Hodgson!), was born on 24 August 1893. He was our first iconic goalkeeper and a man who spent 22 years at #LFC first team. A true Red legend.
