Shocking: under the Liberals’ "Buy Canadian" procurement policy, more than 70% of contracts have gone to foreign-owned subsidiaries. What's the point of a "Buy Canadian" policy if Canadian taxpayer dollars aren't supporting Canadian-owned companies? Canadian businesses and workers deserve better.
