I’m so grateful that I got this new full time job. But oh man 8hrs straight of constant “customer service” juggling/multitasking in person, phone, emails is very draining to my social and mental batteries. The double edge sword of high functioning ADHD and tism ⚔️ 😵‍💫

I'm starting to worry there is something actually wrong with me causing my health to decline. And the timing is just so awkward given so much had been and is still going on irl and personal life. Im hoping this is all just a result of being overwhelmed and will pass once things start to get better.

I been feeling weak and low-key sick for weeks. Sleep has also been difficult cause of that but also depression. I cant even see a Dr cause my last one stopped taking my insurance and the new one they assigned dosent pick up the phone when I call. Im just to tired and depressed to figure things out.

... Especially if they were vulnerable enough to willingly show me! I need them to know that its ok and they still matter. Might even try and offer to help them clean a bit, a little at a time, cause even a little can feel like a lot. Its not healthy to stay like that, but doesn't make them bad <3

It might be just cause I relate to deeply. But If I found out someone I cared about, or loved, was living like this I would just have a very strong urge to hug them and comfort them, cause I know living like that is the symptom of some painful stuff that's very hard to snap out of...

Growing up with a family/friends that not very affectionate but craving affection sucks. Even more so as an adult. I feel like most of my struggles and pain would be greatly alleviated by just a simple loving hug once in a while. But not being able to have even that just makes me even more depressed
