My friend Nick Russell has self-published several books [look him up on Amazon], and he says the beauty is that all the royalties are his to keep, no middleman. I have read several of his books, and they are very good. I'll write him and see if he can give you some guidance.

We'll be staying at The Sweet Breeze Inn, just a short drive from Grants Pass and Russ and Lori's Wolf Creek Campground. We booked it, and it only cost $230 for 3 days, which is pretty cheap, and the motel has a 7.5 rating. It pays to book early. I also invited Matt...but...???

At what point does excessive wealth become egregious? I say when it becomes so gross that one could live 73 lifetimes and still have cash left over. Figuring that person is spending on average $6,000 per month, or $72,000 per year. {Musk = 423 billion = 73.4 lifetimes} This is egregiously gross $$$.
