It’s really frustrating seeing writers using AI generated covers so often, especially in the niche I write in. (Haremlit/romance fantasy) AI is a scourge for both writers and artists, and seeing writers embracing the slop for convenience is aggravating. #writing #writesky #antiAI

#Smutcember For me, ‘porn’ seems almost derogatory for most writing, unless it’s bad fanfic sex. No plot, just banging. Erotica is sex and plot. Yes, there’s sex, but the story is there too. Smut is a middle ground, playful and a bit silly, but not saying “hey, this is just filth to get off to.”

#Smutcember I swap between terms just because of my pathological need to avoid repeating myself! I tend not to use clinical terms (penis/vagina) in most cases, as they just seem ‘unsexy’. It feels fun to use more flowery prose in sex scenes, at least in my humble opinion.
