i didn't even play X/Y going into this game and i still loved every bit of it now i wanna play X/Y for the context

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 18/11/2025

i'm really excited to try Z-A now, but i might wait until i get a switch 2 just so i can have a smoother experience

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 18/11/2025

i played on a switch 1 so i went in expecting performance issues, but the game was still incredibly enjoyable regardless i'm not much of a story person when it comes to games, but this game was probably the first time a story made me emotional since octo expansion

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 18/11/2025

i hadn't played pokemon since i was a kid, but after seeing Z-A it sparked my interest in the franchise again i was unsure about Z-A tho since i heard it was different from the main games, so i went with violet to get a more traditional pokemon experience but with a modern feel

shop 1 stuntman AND black hole + soul in the same spectral pack AND 2 legendaries, all in the same run needed 2 legendaries to get gold stickers on and i couldn't make room for the second one without immediately losing... :(

my next and only goal is to get gold stickers on every joker, which will certainly be a project i'll be working on for a long long time

000

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 12/10/2025

all challenges completed 🏆 these were a nice way to freshen up the game after so much gold stake - while most (except golden needle) were a breeze, they all put fun and creative twists on the game

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

yeah i agree "cooler bot" was just the only thing that came to mind when trying to describe that kit in 3 words or less

KS vs. KS, the ultimate showdown

0101

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

in the final stretch i got the world's first splashdown cancel with kraken

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

5⭐️ dheavy easily the worst or 2nd worst splatling for me; the main weapon is cracked but kraken on it feels awful, this thing would be a beast if it got a good 3rd kit

110

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

every rapid pro kit has its own flavour it's honestly kinda cool (vanilla = slow everything down, deco = ultimate chip, winter = cooler bot)

120

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

every deck beaten on gold stake 🏆 i want to get completionist++ eventually, but i'll probably take a break from gold stake for now and finally start doing those challenges

000

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 03/10/2025

i'm adding cooler weapons to my weapon pool like i'm collecting the infinity stones i need bp/naut/heavy 3rd kits before i learn another cooler weapon and get all 6 (i'm at 5)

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

here's the seed if anyone wants it: J2IV737F has 2 invisible jokers and an ankh in one of the ante 6 shops

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 30/09/2025

4 shoot the moons has to be the stupidest run i've done yet (i lost)

when it's 1-1 in a bo3 set and i *need* to make sure i pick the right edit that has an extremely similar icon to the other one with 1 second left on the timer

Heavy splatling is very very very very good, if given a good kit “backline” splatling can be real again

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 26/09/2025

choosing to take splatoon less seriously and not play solo q at all felt like a good decision for me; the times i get on the game nowadays feel better and more fun as a result then balatro came in and filled that gap lol

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 25/09/2025

idk if this post is ironic or not but i've played with aerospray (meetboy) for so long that i don't even hate when i see it on my team anymore

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 22/09/2025

screw this deck i hope it burns in hell

000

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 19/09/2025

triboulet was the last joker i needed for completionist for so long, but now i FINALLY got it next goal is completionist+/all decks beaten on gold stake

this vac buff is genuinely kinda nuts, it requires so much effort to fill now purposefully filling vac to kill the user is basically not an option anymore

030

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 03/09/2025

it also needs more backline competition (new kits/buffs to existing kits) and more competition for the cooler slot (cooler rapid is a very good candidate is just needs to not be 200p)

010

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 03/09/2025

pen only needs a range nerf imo the matchup it has against other backlines is a bit too strong + less range would force it to stand more forward and risk dying more often, which i think is fair

110

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 03/09/2025

patch thoughts (for stuff i care about): - no more 210p splashdown on naut thank god - storm buff makes vnaut more interesting - vac buffs look cool but they don't really fix anything - no pen nerf...

110

Jazz @jazzspl.bsky.social · 16/08/2025

liking crab edit rn, feels so much better to play than vedit
