At my mum’s in England helping out with care. Made a banging omelette the other day with cheese, tomato, spinach, a little garlic & chorizo - cooked in butter. Mum scoffed hers down at dinner. Was wondering how it would go if I switched to olive oil - remembering omelettes I had in Croatia… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Teal dinner plate with a semi circular folded omelette - nicely browned and with a split showing cheese and spinach

$15 of veggies at the local Asian store - the Fejoias are almost half the price of what they sell for at the duopoly. People are struggling and the big supermarkets aren’t budging an inch.
A cabbage, 8 fejoias. Five bananas and three broccoli

Yassssss!!! - they have epic anchovies in our local supermarket and on ube bread they are 👌 Also I took the kids out porcini hunting and whilst we only found three little ones, two were enough for a fantastic pecorino and porcini omelette - a rival to a whitebait pattie scale of nom

As a huge fan of Defender as a kid, surprised to have only just discovered Blaster. Quite trippy looking game but it looks a wee bit repetitive and doesn't appear to have the variety within a level, opting instead to have multiple level types. The 'game map' screen is pretty wild though.
A screenshot from the Blaster game by William's showing the different levels/aliens within the game.

Spring in New Zealand’s lower South Island brings the worst weather of the year but it often looks pretty.

Now that the next chapter could be that a ground force is sent to Iran to run around deserts, caves (and now additional new environments such as coastal deserts, mangroves and forests) to find the 'weapons' - perhaps the 'brave warriors of ICE' could be sent along to do it?
A fictitious artists impression of 'Bin Laden's mountain complex', circulated around the time of the Iraq war with multiple chambers and James Bond like legions of subterranean equipment.

That was chocolatey - I went for the 100% unsweetened with almond milk as the milk option. A kind of rich, thick, bitter sludge doesn’t make it sound appetising but it was an experience I will repeat if I get another visit on this trip

Yeah, you’re on the imperial tip there but on this case, it’s one of those things that the UK does do very well - even wikipedia, who notes that most countries use metric pints can’t resist a photo of the glorious big pint. (570ml) Would you say the Wellington one was even smaller than 473ml? 😱

UV mapping is generally done as a means to an end rather than a fun investigation in itself. There are exceptions of course, and I guess this one is a bit like projection mapping. More to come some day I hope. #geometric #animation
