A3 Ultimately, the questions are important but the responses, and listening for what the candidate is really saying, is more important. Sometimes as the interviewer you think you know the answer and then you hear the candidates answer and realize that that's the real answer. #LeadLAP

A3 My favorite one has to do with being a teammate and what will make them the best new teammate. This question was asked late in the interview so that the interviewee had more familiarity with the interview team. Teammates aren't just followers. They need to be leaders, too. #LeadLAP
