I did, indeed! The birding wasn't great, but I saw tons of butterflies and got to be out in nature for a bit (until it got too hot again - sigh).

Thanks! The birding wasn't all that good, but I got some fresh air and sunshine, a good walk in nature and lots of butterflies. It was still too hot, but we're getting there ... slowly.

I'm lucky because they nest at Smith Oaks every year, about 90 miles from my house. I usually get over there 4 or 5 times every spring to watch their antics. So much fun!
