Yeah I don’t believe in “gyms for the mind”. It’s called books, puzzles, curiosity, travel, and our jobs. Those are the gyms for our mind. I just beleive that we collectively are going to atrophy as a result of AI.

I don’t know who Andrew Yeung is, I suppose he’s someone people hate so we are being dismissive of his comment. Although hyperbolic, his point is right. If we stop using our brains because of AI, we are going to get dumb fast. We need to make sure we continue to work that muscle.
