This was delicious. Took a bit of work but worth it imo. We couldn't get chaat masala so we made our own from the ingredients we had/picked up. Not sure how essential it would be but it tasted great so.

I made this tonight and lads it is stunning. Immediately into rotation. Bit of work in terms of picking up spices and charring the aubergine but man is it worth it. We doubled the sauce and would probably double the fish next time to make it go further. Also used veg stock and not chicken.

I get it but it's very funny that the Frida exhibition has a major part about the commodification of her and then you walk straight out into the Frida gift shop. Money gotta money I guess.

Speaking of U2, somebody at Mount Temple shout at Bono and ask how the fuck did they justify a €21 cocktail. I was in the Octagon bar once. Weird vibes and not very comfortable. I did not return.

I was never in the Ocean bar. Reads like the usual grotesque Celtic Tiger 'we think we are in New York' shite that popped up around the place. I thoroughly despise that part of the city.

I have never heard of O'Loughlin's. Though who would go to Dun Laoghaire unless they had to. Actually sounds ok from the write up but the use of 'co-snugees' should be a hanging offence.
