Daxter Flaxter theory: He’s from Blip (fictional planet from video entertainment program “Blippo+”)

Daxter Flaxter, a character from Neil Cicierega’s short film “Computer Fighters”. He’s a proficient gamer wearing a backwards baseball cap, thin visor-style shades, a red shoulder strap, a neon blue tee shirt, yellow gloves, a red belt with a lightning bolt buckle, and has a red Game Boy on his belt and an orange NES Zapper in a thigh holster opposite that. He helps Neil and friends learn how to beat their nemesis Mitch Dollarton at Computer Fighters 2000, the fictional arcade game which gives the short its name.

He’s a parody of Kid Vid from the Burger King Kid’s Klub, a program the chain offered in the 90s.

It’s primarily based on the M60E6, but the front end is very reminiscent of the SPAS-12, it has a vertical foregrip not unlike the DP-12, and a carry handle based loosely on the folded stock of a SPAS-12 as well. The buttstock, as well as the rear iron sight, are based on the AA-12. The gun’s metal is a full gray-green, but the polymer parts of the body are a deep navy blue. It’s labeled “M703A2” and “18.5x76mm | 12GA 3””

My personal favorite thing in the game is the Ass Wheel™

Yeah “lethal” is the qualifier that keeps the Escape From Tarkov disc launcher from being a contender, but you can at least spook enemies or players by using the plastic discs as distractions?

A collection of screenshots from Escape from Tarkov’s 20x1mm toy gun, a blue plastic pistol with an external box magazine in front of the grip. The discs are as weak as possible, dealing a single point of damage with no penetration, and the gun can take an extended magazine to double the quantity from 10 to 20 discs. The weapon is primarily meant to be trade fodder.

Hey @antonhand.bsky.social, I must show you the utterly cursed Welrod customization added in the Payday 2 April Fool’s Patch (done by the team of modders who took the game over late last year)

A Welrod pistol with the barrel only barely longer than its bullet, threaded and affixed with a muzzle brake. The back of the gun, where the rear sights should be, is replaced with a pistol sight mount loaded with a red dot, and on the right side of the gun is a picatinny rail to affix a flashlight or laser to. The gun is normal looking when unmodified.
