I have had the immense pleasure to see one of my favorite movies in theaters twice in one year! A beautiful 35mm print at the New Beverly and tonight on the massive screen at El Capitan. Joe Johnson, Larry Frankel, & Jim Bissel did a Q&A. It was glorious. The Rocketeer is one of the all-time greats!

It's very interesting to see Lucasfilm/Disney bringing the "A Star Wars Story" moniker back. I remember @acarboni.bsky.social talking about that was an excellent bit of branding that they had moved away from and should pick back up for non-Skywalker Saga installments.
