Court rulings and thus interpretations of the terms by judges would have the potential of shedding light on where the legal limits lie when it comes to ToS. However, Twitter/X has settled all cases outside of courts and thus has prevented judges from interpreting its rules. 7/

Having grown in length from less than a thousand to more than 12,000 words, the terms now also extend over several documents and have overall become less comprehensible. 6/

While the restrictiveness of redistribution regulations varies over time, our analysis shows that sharing full tweet objects, whether collected in the past or recently, is largely not covered by past or current ToS. Thus, there is no conclusive solution to making them accessible for reuse yet. 5/

Using the survey answers on voting intention and government preference, I find that the effect of the sender on the perception of statements in multiparty systems is more complex than the well-known contrasts between in-group and out-group parties in two-party systems. 4/7

Conducting a survey experiment during the German election in September 2021, I asked participants to evaluate 6 party statements from the 6 largest parties wrt agreement and credibility. I randomly assigned a party name and a communication medium to the message. 2/7
