Surely a strategic asset like this with poor regulation and no competition needs bringing back into the public domain. Any punitive fines likely to be paid by its consumers not the shareholders! Labour should do this. Would be very popular and the right policy.

Increasing your Water Bills 44% ABOVE inflation in the next 5 years isn't enough for the Water Companies, they have appealed to Ofwat to let them increase them up to 83% ABOVE inflation. Like if they can get stuffed. RT if we should nationalise the lot.
