Just finished finals, the definition of another day another slay(ed me)

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 05/01/2025

It's really weird to see everyone returning to work, we have Three Wise Men tomorrow and everything is up in arms with last minute shopping, parades and celebration all around it's super cool😁

Because I have lately had to slow down my running, i've started listening to podcasts on my long runs and honestly I could not have made a better decision. I already listened to Not Another DND Pod (for legos/miniatures), and now im going through Stuff You Should Know and it's so relaxing😅

"it makes me feel close to her when I miss her" is one of the most beautiful sentences i've heard in a while😥

Love doing these on my breaks!! Heavily inspired by my baldurs character, bit more cutesy tho😅

Happy boxing day!!! Currently back into prepping for machine theory final, but hope to catch up with some friends later today (basically what is powering me through)

Good morning everyone, happy holidays!!!! I've decided that doing another yule log is quite repetitive, so I'm doing a chocolate mousse cake with blackcurrant icing in the middle and a dark chocolate buttercream cover The concept is still the same, but I didn't want to see a swirl this year again😅

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

Morning everyone on the eve of the eve🎅 Going to start food prep today!!!

020

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

Also need to start putting the finishing touches on christmas dinner + lunch because it's a severas day process over here, and just the Yule log will take a bit (it's tricky because it takes si much up of my time but cannot be done super early as it must be eaten on the 25th)

Been powering through heat exchangers and it's mindblowing the work that has gone into getting so many charts done. Like you the fact that you can get the parameters you need that describe the basis for so much in the design process🤯

2 heat exchanger analysis charts, specifically for 4 shells and even number of tube passes, TEMA E type for both de operation problem (upper one) and design problem (lower one)

Happy Friday everyone!! I'm still alive, just had a final to finish, secret Santa shenanigans to attend and my monthly dinner party is today, so been a bit hectic these days😅 Hope to catch up on what everyone has been doing/playing😁

010

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 19/12/2024

Incredibly hectic morning but we are still standing😅 Saw that a new overhaul for 7DTD released, and winter sales are online today, so that's a pickle Also remember that today epic starts giving away daily freebies👀

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

Good morning everyone, happy Wednesday!!!! I got my first final today, and then we break until January (finally)😅 so it's going to be doing that and then SPRINTING to prepare this Friday's dinner party, hectic day ahead😵‍💫

110

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 17/12/2024

It's going to be fun because instead of planning accordingly, because I've been swamped with exams these past 2 weeks I'm going to have to do some last minute christmas shopping.😵‍💫 I guess I volunteer as tribute😅

Morning mooty moots and blueskiers🫶 On my way to the library (again) for the last sprint of my final prep on automation😅 Plan to make an onion soup for a friend that's feeling under the weather later on, and maybe some Luma Island😁 Have a great day we got this!!!!

010

🧣jammy:)🧣 @jammingthepeanut.bsky.social · 15/12/2024

Happy Sunday everyone😊!!!! Im currently going through the remaining 48 theory slides I have for the automat final (they are on actuators and surprisingly interesting) and got some coding later to get done. I also need to find time to go out for my 10k, so super packed day😖.

ok so I just saw someone make a braided salmon🤔 now I get the visual appeal (raw, I don't see how that looks as appetizing when cooked but that is more subjective🤓), but I simply cannot stop thinking about how thick that is going to be to eat?😳

The rest of the day will be probably spent in the library with hydraulics prep, but I hope to sneak in some MC at the end, fingers crossed ❤️

Autistic people making jokes about THEIR OWN autism/autistic experiences isn't making light of or making fun of autism It's often done to help spread awareness. It can also be a coping mechanism. It can also be so other autistics who relate can have a laugh and feel less alone
