The fallacy that cryptocurrency as an actual medium of exchange has been exposed. Its volatility makes its use as a currency untenable. So what do people get? The big players get to borrow money using their crypto holdings as collateral. The danger: a crypto collapse could trigger a margin call.

The administration is pushing to allow crypto in 401k accounts. Great, allow an investment in which the asset has no intrinsic value, only a hope that someone will pay more for it than you did. Why don’t we allow them to use their 401k to bet on Polymarket and Sportsbook? Just as stupid.

So what’s the difference between trump wanting to take over Greenland and putin wanting to take over Ukraine? putin’s actions towards Ukraine give trump, in his mind, permission to take it. And putin will see trump’s actions signaling no interference as putin moves on other former USSR states.

Putin was an officer in the KGB during the Cold War. You know, that same KGB which was actively trying to destabilize and undermine the U.S.. That seems to get lost in the conversation about Putin. I never see trump being asked about it. Shout this from rooftops. Make trump and his cadre answer.

The 442nd Regiment was the most highly decorated unit in Europe during WWII, made up mostly of second generation Japanese Americans, many of whom had family in the interment camps during the war. When they came back, they were subjected to anti Asian hatred. Assimilation is tough when you’re hated.

The impeachment clause in the constitution specifies high crimes and misdemeanors. What people miss is the framers specified misdemeanors, not in the legal sense, but as misdeeds. A president using his office to enrich himself and his family at the expense of the nation is a high misdeed.
