I think I'm settling into a decent color palette here. I always loved the Playdate simulator's color-correction mode, which uses a grays instead of black/white. After testing, a desaturated color palette feels right. #artilleroyalty #gamedev #playdate #pixelart #1bit #indiegame #indiedev #godot

I overhauled ArtilleRoyalty's scoring system and added a Sonic the Hedgehog style Results screen with a letter rank. Instead of Gridcannon's score of 0-6, the new one has more granularity, so I also added support for Playdate's Global Scoreboard API. #gamedev #playdate #indiegame #indiedev
