Reading the article is nice for getting some affirmations that doing snake yoga or whatever trend isn't necessary, & to give a click to the author between ads... But if anyone wants just the juice, here's a screenshot of the routine.

All you need is a timer on your watch or phone. Start with three minutes of cardio to get warm and your heart rate up, whether it's jogging on the spot, jumping jacks or just marching. Then it's three minutes of legs, rotating between five each of narrow squats, broad squats, backward lunges, forward lunges and calf raises. Then on to three minutes of upper body, moving between five each of narrow push-ups, wide push-ups and tricep dips. Time to move on to core with a one- minute plank (either on your hands or forearms) and one minute of glute bridges (lifting your hips off the floor while lying on your back). For the final two minutes, just stretch out, whether that's standing and reaching for your toes, lying on your back and moving your legs right and left like windshield wipers or sitting cross-legged and folding forward.

I've ended up just using vFlex, but with a stick-on silicon sponge strip to try to make the nose seal better, and a mask frame insert to keep the material out of my mouth. I also trim the "wings" so they're a little less absurd. Not perfect, but the best I've found for singing for me 🤷‍♂️

Y'all like birds, right? Went on a lovely hike on Mt Tam, and was surprised to find a ton of hummingbirds feeding on the deck of an Inn near the summit. It was honestly kinda overwhelming! But I'm glad I managed a couple good pics w/my phone thru binoculars. Enjoy :)

I was wrong. It was in reply to this post, but which was in a barbershop forum or something 🤷‍♂️

My favorite relic English still used everywhere is the word "the" used in phrases like: "the more I look at this, the stranger it seems', or "the bigger they come, the harder they fall". This "the" is not the article of any noun, it is a different word, a conjunction descended from the old English "pā", pronounced "tha" which means either "when" or "then". Back in early Middle English the structure "if - then" had not taken over and if you wanted to express an if - then relationship you said "pā whatever, þā whatever", meaning "when such-and- such, then such-and-such". "þā" sounds almost the same as "the" and the spelling of the two converged, but the meaning remained totally different.

"the more, the merrier" literally means "when more, then merrier" or "if more, then merrier'; same as centuries ago.

Playing Muffin Time last night, which I recommend for a fun & absurd party card game, and one player discovered this "fun" combo. We weren't sure what he was up to when he played the left pair, so it went uncountered... And then we couldn't do anything when he played the right card next turn. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Muffin Time card game cards. Left pair was played together first, including We're All Gonna Die which says "counter cards don't work until your next turn", modified by Bad Spread which doubles an action card effect. Next turn played (uncounterable) I'm Crazy, which resets the whole game.
