Trying to figure out how spicey my book. For context, there are naughty scenes. But there’s always emotional build up to them and their used as emotional windows into the characters. Got over half of my book edited so yay! Even have gotten some feedback from friends who’ve read it. One of which called the story “whimsical”. Slowly editing through my book. But I’ve reached the 1/3 mark yesterday. So hopefully a the pace in going I’ll be doneish sometime next month. Then it’s time to hand it to a few friends of mine who offered to do story edits and eventually line edits. So it’s getting there! #writingcommunity

I the last week or so I’ve been able to edit 20k of my now 90k book. But that’s due to a lot of my earlier stuff being subpar and needing major rework. I’m hoping I’m going to reach a point where it’s just edits, not revisions. Since I want to say my writing has gotten better. #amwriting #amediting
