I saw it last night. The restoration has greatly improved it. You are drawn into the story, and largely held by it, rather than being distracted by the decayed grading of previous versions. The sound has been cleaned up too, so the dialogue is more involving. Lovely touches of humour emerged

One of my fondest memories of the early years of The Big Breakfast was an interview with a man whose hobby was collecting the detachable cardboard wiring diagrams off the back of plugs. He brought a carrier bag of them into the studio. Some - he pointed out - were lethally inaccurate. 🔥🚒☠️
