Here is a comparison of what the sky should have looks like vs what it looked like at 9am. It only got darker as the into the late morning. Solar panels picked up no sunlight and our footsteps left marks on the ash on the deck.

I’ve recently seen prices ranging from $8.09-$8.39 in The Bay Area. I drive a diesel, bought years ago when it was consistently lower priced than regular. Car is impeccably maintained and all payed off. I love this car and she is built to last. This is harsh.

My husband and I had the great pleasure to visit Yosemite yesterday, on the 110th anniversary of the National Parks. Walking among these majestic trees is a life affirming experience.

The California Tunnel Tree. One of the over 500 mature giant Sequoia Redwoods in Mariposa Grove at Yosemite National Park. A tunnel was carved in the base and two people walk through.
