💜 Pizza Night 💜

It's Jeff! It's also Kate Bishop (aka the best Hawkeye), both enjoying some pizza and each other's company. Lucky is off hiding with slices of his own somewhere, which is probably for the best judging from Jeff's "spectacular" aim with Kate's bow.

I think it’s really funny that Jucika’s apartment door just has her name on it for some reason

First piece of the new year (and my first time using gouache)! #art #illustration #cartoon #gouache #retro #plymouth #carsky

A gouache and ink illustration on an 18 x 12 MDF board, depicting a scene at a 1940s Shell gas station with an anthropomorphic T. rex and a gas attendant. The T. rex is loitering at the premises, sitting cross-legged against a pump while holding a cigarette as he looks at the gas attendant, who angrily stares him down. The T. rex has a 1940 Plymouth P12 Special Deluxe, and another car can be seen pulling into the station.

I cannot overstate this enough, the illustration skills you’ve gathered these past few years, combined with your ability to make a whole roster of lovable OCs, is simply astounding. I’m proud of you, homeslice.

It never fails to amaze me how Jones’ unit managed to churn out such smooth and appealing animation as budgets got increasingly tight, and this short definitely shows it.
