We are pretty spoiled by ML by and large. I have two DIFFERENT Death's Heads. I've got an excellent Spiral and ROM. They made a Hypno Hustler. Would I still like a classic Beta Ray Bill? Sure. Could I wish for Terror Inc and Technet? Yeah. But we must appreciate what we have. The line's gone deep.

Yeah, Exodus for me is kind of a second tier want. If they never made him I'd be fine. And depending on the version I still might pass on him. But then, ML has hit a lot of my major wants at this point. I'm still waiting on my perfect Magneto, and a Brood would be nice, but all my big wants I have.

If the patron gets snotty because they enforced policy, I will tell my worker *in front of the patron* "good job, exactly what you're supposed to do". And then look at the patron and say "they are correct, I told them to do this". As the child of a literal Karen, I heal a little trauma every time.

I stress at every single training for my student workers that if a patron gets snotty with them for doing their job, or acts out of line for any reason, I WILL be available to intercede on their behalf. I *LOVE* shutting down customers who've lost the plot.

Not to let AI off the hook, but I think the one dude who wants to offload reading to his kid is a pretty classic example of a certain kind of person that thinks of their kids more as exotic pets than as tiny people. AI might facilitate that ignorance, but the ignorance itself is vintage.

My recent spooky season watch was Ready or Not 2. More comedy Die Hard with Satanists than full spooky movie, but it's a fun time. About on par with the first one. Somewhat like Knives Out with the ensemble cast, except most of this one gets a'sploded.
