In all seriousness I grew up with my mom telling me that dating/marriage is just legal prostitution and it warped how I view relationships and accepting help. I am finally getting to a point that I can accept help from people I'm intimate with, but it makes my brain scream every time.

Yeah I wasn't trying to make it seem like all of Japan loves AI in art, just like all artists in the west don't hate AI in art. But it's hard to convey with limited characters. I'm more trying to get across that there's less fear in disclosure, and more respect for preferences.
