• Le Service Public de l'Audiovisuel n'est pas une gabegie : il coûte 57 €/an/Français, soit près de deux fois moins qu'en Allemagne, sans que personne ne dénonce là-bas une mauvaise gestion.
• Son prétendu « déficit » n'est pas la preuve d'une mauvaise gestion, c'est la conséquence mécanique des baisses de dotation imposées par la tutelle politique, non compensées par les économies pourtant réalisées par l'entreprise (-12 % d'effectifs, -386 M€ de charges).
• La suppression des jeux culturels en access prime time serait une absurdité économique : NOPLP représente 30% des recettes publicitaires journalières de France 2, lesquelles financent directement les missions non rentables (info régionale, documentaires, outre-mer, jeunesse sans pub).
• Chaque euro public investi génère 6 € d'activité dans l'économie française (Livre blanc LaFA 2025) et soutient 62000 emplois directs et indirects.
• Sans le service public, le Tour de France, Roland-Garros, les JO deviendraient payants, comme c'est déjà le cas au Royaume-Uni (435 €/an pour le Tour). |
• Le Téléthon (96,5 M€ en 2024), le Sidaction, Le Papotin, Lumni, Mon petit France Inter, toutes ces émissions d'utilité sociale et publique disparaîtraient, parce que leur modèle est incompatible avec la rentabilité publicitaire immédiate.
• Seul l'audiovisuel public finance le journalisme d'investigation audiovisuel à une échelle structurelle : les dossiers PFAS, Takata, Perrier, Stellantis, Betharam... ne seraient pas sortis ou n'auraient pas connu une telle ampleur sans France Télévisions et Radio France. |
• Dans le contexte de guerre informationnelle (2e pays européen le plus ciblé), affaiblir le service public est une faute stratégique majeure, dénoncée par le Sénat comme un «désarmement informationnel ».
