#vss365 #exalt The baddest girl balances a perfect step away from extremes. Imperfect themes stray from cliché. Rather than play to exalt being ground to a halt, her claims hold water. The tiniest seed names the baddest song songs get wrong. Where is her harmony? There is her friend. 🎵👼🏽🎶

There's more to life than just showing up for work. But it's scary to show a more vulnerable side, especially online. Lots of folks are worried about AI and its impact, but what we should be thinking about is how we're uniquely different. So, I did this... medium.com/othering Wanna join me?

Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning was a disappointment 😕 Trite storyline, overblown action scenes, and when did Tom Cruise become the William Shatner of acting?? I kept hoping it'd get better but sadly, it never did.

Don't you find being angry all the time exhausting? Life is so short and unpredictable. One day it seems like the "issues" matter, but then you realize it's all sh!t. Sunshine on your face Nourishing food Belly Laughs Family Hugs These things matter.

🧵Hello, indie musician... You are not your fans. You are a lifestyle brand. The content you share is less about you and more about them and what they want. So, how do you know what "content" is good to share? 👇🏾

BREAKING NEWS I'm absolutely floored and saddened to learn Voke has closed shop 😭 I was recommended this amazing product in a #menopause support group when searching for something, anything to help with brain fog. Those chewables were a f*cking Godsend! What now?? Coffee doesn't cut it 😕

The right people who are supposed to be in your life will show up, and then you won't have to chase them to stick around. These folks are your circle, your support. But others are in your life for a reason and a season. Trust that.

How did I get through menopause?? Scathed, battered, beaten, and bruised ... but not broken... without HRT. No shade but HRT isn't for everyone for a myriad of reasons. Yes, I suffered and maybe HRT could have helped with symptoms but it's not a cure. #Menopause is a natural transition...

A word about social media marketing... When someone (a brand) is always talking (posting), it likely means there's not a lot of listening happening.

Don’t spend years #writing 500 words daily, never sharing a thing. My drafts were in digital purgatory. Then I started hitting publish weekly. Terrifying? Yes. But those "not good enough" posts helped more people than my perfect drafts ever did. Stop waiting. Hit publish. Your words matter.

Can you appreciate art without judging the artist? Yes, yes you can. Rediscovering the artistry of real photography (sans AI) has been a really nice reminder that I don't need to know you or your politics to appreciate your art.

"Because I don't want to." An adequate and acceptable response to sh!t invitations for events you don't want to attend. It's not rude... It's self-care. Okay, it could be considered rude if you add b!tch at the end. Maybe.
