Feeling so proud of myself :) Started to feel stagnant in my pole journey after taking a break from classes. So I tried to focus on more standsrd spins, but really dancing in each one. Finding new ways to flow within a spin and/or adding extra spice to an otherwise “basic” move. AND I TORE‼️
